I bought this oil package with an additional cabin filter of the same brand. Delivery was smooth and got the original product. Due to lack of information I received a paper oil filter for my Prius but that was not the right filter for my car. I knocked them about the issue and without any delay the sent me the right filter (steel filter) of the same brand in exchange of the previous filter. I must say, my first experience was very good. Hope they will keep their better service and promises in future.
