At Hotshot Automotive we always make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have purchased from us and happen to face some issue, we are here to help. If you are unhappy with the goods for any reason you can return your item to us. We are happy to offer an exchange or return or refund.
You have the right to check your product in front of the delivery person and you can decline to receive the product if you have changed your mind. Also you have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date that you have received the product. After We have received your valid return, We will notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
To be eligible for a return of a non-faulty item:
- Order must be checked in front of the delivery person (Inside Dhaka) and retuned within 2 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka).
- Must be in the original packaging, however there can be exception (if the product is damaged).
- Product must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it.
- Change of mind is not acceptable if the delivery person leaves your premises.
- Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
- Place the item in its original packaging, including any accessories, tags, labels or freebies.
- Price tag, Brand tag, Wrapping or any other tags, wraps that were in the product must not remove for any return claims.
- Items bought during sale, deals or promotions will not be eligible for return, refund or exchanged.
- Items delivered with installation service will not be eligible for return after the delivery person leaves customer’s premises.
To be eligible for a return of a faulty item:
- For any physical damage claim, the claim must be in front of the delivery person and return it to the delivery person.
- Must be in the original packaging.
- Must be informed immediately after receivingand returned within 2 days from the date that you have received the product for a faulty item.

- For any defected product, inform our “Customer Service Department” as soon as possible along with a picture or video
- For certain item category not eligible for return such as: lubricants, filters, tires.
- Customers can accept exchange policy
- Items delivered with installation service will have to be notified via our helpline (+8801771686654) within 2 hrs for return after the delivery person leaves customer’s premises.
Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue and after verification if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, replaced or money will be refunded. Money will be refunded within 7 working days.
If your return is approved, and we find that the product has been defected/ faulty at the time you have received it. We will issue a replacement for you within 3 working days. Availability depends on the stock of the product.
- If the item is purchased with cash on delivery method, after we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund via voucher, exchange with other product, MFS fund transfer or bank transfer depending on your selected option, and this cannot be changed after option has been registered by our team.
- If the item is purchased with pre-payment, then refund will be applied through the gateway on the original payment method that was used on the time of purchasing the item.
- Voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash / gift card / voucher in part or full.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you within 7 working days, after scrutiny.
- If the claim is not valid then Hotshot Automotive will not be liable to exchange or refund.
